The health and safety of our employees, members, and communities is of upmost importance to Satilla EMC. As such, our management team has been closely monitoring the developments associated with COVID-19. In an effort to mitigate the
impacts of this virus and consistent with advice from the Center for Disease Control, the lobby/walk-in service at each of the Satilla EMC offices will be closed beginning, Wednesday, March 18 th , until further notice.
*All drive through windows will remain open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday –
Friday, accepting cash and check payments.
*Credit/debit card payments can be made online through the Member Portal at www.satillaemc.com, by utilizing using the Satilla EMC mobile app or by contacting our Calls Center at 1-888-738-6926.
*Members can also make payments 24 hours a day at any of our automated kiosks located at select Circle-K / Flash Foods convenience stores. Members requesting new service, re-connections, or other similar services should call our offices and allow our Customer Services Staff to assist them in this process. *Please be advised that you may experience longer wait times when calling our
office or when utilizing our drive-thru service. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Although we feel it is necessary and prudent to temporarily close our offices to the public, Satilla EMC remains fully staffed and our employees remain committed to providing our members the same exceptional service to which they have become accustomed.
