ATLANTA, GA – Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is soliciting public comment about its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program goals for Federal Fiscal Years (FFYs) 2019-2021. DBE goals are established based on the availability of DBEs relative to all available firms.
The overall Annual Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) DBE Program Goal is 16 percent. GDOT plans to achieve this goal via race conscious means of 11 percent and race neutral means of 5 percent.
The overall Annual Federal Transit Administration (FTA) DBE Program Goal is 11.5 percent. GDOT plans to achieve this goal via race neutral means.
